AR Landcraft LLP is the registered promoter for Crown Residences at Godrej Golf Links in Greater Noida.

Why this page exists

Most buyers looking at Crown Residences believe they are buying from Godrej Properties. The RERA filing says otherwise: the registration is held by AR Landcraft LLP.

That is legal, disclosed on the filing, and common in Indian real estate. A recognised brand lends its name or partners on a development while a separate entity holds the registration and the liability. It is simply never mentioned in the marketing, and the two records are not comparable:

What to do about it

Your agreement for sale will be with the entity holding the registration, so its record, capitalisation and conduct are what matter if something goes wrong. Before you pay anything:

• Confirm in writing which entity will sign your agreement for sale.
• Search the project and the promoter on the UP RERA cause list to see what the 235 complaints actually concern. Possession delay, construction quality and refund disputes are materially different problems.
• Ask for the status of any pending orders against the promoter.
