Where does this data come from?
Directly from the UP RERA project registry at up-rera.in, for Gautam Buddha Nagar district, retrieved on 28 August 2026. What does "slip" mean on this page?
The gap in months between the completion date the promoter originally declared when registering, and the completion date currently on record after any extensions. It is the promoter's own commitment measured against the promoter's own revision, so it is a fair reading of delivery reliability. A slip of 60 months means the project is five years later than what buyers were originally told.
What is a QPR default?
Registered promoters must file a Quarterly Progress Report with the authority. Where UP RERA has flagged a project for failing to do so, we show it. It does not by itself mean a project is in trouble, but it does mean the public record of its construction progress is incomplete, and you should ask why before paying.
Why are there no prices here?
Because RERA does not publish them, so we would have to invent them. Registration data covers legal and construction status, not commercials. Any site showing a confident price next to a RERA number sourced it somewhere else, or not at all.
A project I am considering is not listed. What does that mean?
Either it is outside Gautam Buddha Nagar, or it is not registered. Under Section 3 of the RERA Act a promoter cannot advertise, market, book or sell units in a project that requires registration until registration is granted. If a project is genuinely unregistered, do not pay a booking amount.
